I attended the screening of Stephen Desmond's riveting film about the wrong done to Jaweed Al-Ghussein. The film was an eye opener to those who have not heard the full story of the kidnapping and mistreatment of Jaweed by UAE and PLA. Excellent contributions from Hugh Colver, Janis Hetherington and a passionate contribution from Mona, Jaweed's daughter.
I suggested to Stepehen that Channel 4 might be interested and Hugh Colver thought why not the BBC. This excellent film has to be seen by a wider audience.

So much has still to be said
So much has still to be said about Jaweed and Kuwait and the Abu Dhabi MIS GOVERNMENT. Stephen Desmond's film says much but there is more to tell and the Truth must be available for all who see ABU DHABI portraying itself as a free and understanding place to invest. It cannot have that accolade as long as people are kidnapped and tortured there and until they acknowledge their part in Kidnapping Jaweed Al Ghussein..a man of peace. Many thanks Steven for all you have done but please..please continue ...there is as you know so much more.

Jaweed Alghussein was a true
Jaweed Alghussein was a true friend and I miss him terribly. He devoted his working life to the service of the Palestinians. Sadly some of his comrades betrayed him and sought to tarnish his reputation in a cowradly act of revenge and personal vendetta. History will ultimately do him justice.
