Dalia Salaam Rishani is a trustee of the Next Century Foundation, having been appointed in the summer of 2009. She is a longstanding patron of the Foundation. Dalia presents the awards at the Foundation's annual International Media Awards, held in London.

Dalia was born in Lebanon. She is a mother of three and founder of Hood Hood Books, a publishing house specialising in childrens' stories from Eastern and Islamic traditions.
