Walid Khalid Issa Taha

Mr Walid Khalid Issa Taha is a Baghdad-born engineer and businessman, and has been an NCF Advisory Board member since 2008. He is based in Baghdad. He is also a member of the Iraqi Engineering Union, the Iraqi Chamber of Commerce and the Iraqi Businessmen Association, the International Who's Who Historical Society and a member of several worldwide Organizations and Unions. Mr Walid is the CEO of Taha & Partners and held the position of Chief Editor of The Eastern Today till 2005. Mr Walid is a leader in developing the Iraqi economic sector and through his group of companies he is one of the architects of the 'New Iraq'. Mr Walid takes an active interest in the NCF and is a sponsor of the International Media Awards held annually in London
