Dr. Sabah Salman Nasir Al-Obaidi

Dr Sabah Salman Nasir Al-Obaidi, a Baghdad born Engineer, is a member of NCF as well as the director of NCF's Iraq Office in Baghdad. He handles all major issues in Iraq, including in particular the supervision of NCF election monitors in the country. He is also a deputy of Taha & Partners Group. Dr Sabah has worked closely with many international organizations and private companies in Iraq for more than 30 years in areas including Transportation and Communications. Apart from holding the office of Deputy Manager of the Engineering Bureau from 1991-1998, he is also been an active member of the Iraqi Engineers Union for more than 30 years.
